The Company presently owns two newly built properties on reclaimed lands of the new St. George's Cruise Port. The reclaimed land is located west of Melville Street, St. George's Grenada, in an area know as the Esplanade and on land that was previously part of the St. George's Harbour. The land is bounded by the Fisheries Compaly and Bus Terminus to the north, and lands of the NIS and Melville Street to the east.
